Heel leuk kasteeltje in een mooie omgeving. In de directe omgeving is niet veel te doen, wel veel natuur en supermarkten dichtbij. De plaatselijke bakker verkoopt heerlijk brood. De abdij is zéker een bezoek waard.
De gastvrouw spreekt alleen Frans en lijkt elke andere vorm van communiceren niet te begrijpen. Het aanwezige servies (vooral de glazen) zeten vol met barsten en andere gevaarlijke scherpe randjes. Op zich niet erg. Bij de oplevering controleerde onze gastvrouw echt alles. Je voelt je bijna verdachte. Toen deze vrouw ook de totale bestek/servieslijst wilde gaan controleren hebben we ingegrepen. Direct een aantal glazen gepakt die gevaarlijk waren voorzien van barsten ed. Ze wilde het eerst op ons conto brengen met een verontwaardigde blik. Uiteindelijk is ze niet eens begonnen met het natellen van de vorken, messen, pannen en potjes. Snel de energie afrekening met deze vrouw voldaan en weggereden. Was een beetje een vervelend einde van een mooie week in het prachtige kasteeltje.
