The house has been completely renovated
Flancourt Catelon is situated in a beautiful valley in the Eure (Normandy), on a 20-hectare estate.
It invites you to spend a stay that will be filled with unforgettable moments! You will find a true oasis of peace and nature in a former farmhouse on a 20-hectare estate at the edge of the forest.
This cottage is suitable for a couple or a family. It consists of:
On the ground floor
- a large living room
- a lounge with a fireplace
- a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine
- a spacious room with 1 double bed (160x200) for disabled people
- a bathroom with shower for the disabled
- a toilet
On the upper floor
- three large rooms with one double bed (160x200)
- a bathroom with shower
- a wc
On arrival you will be greeted personally.

Sheets and towels are provided and included in the price
You can rent bikes from us.
We work together with a beauty salon that also offers massages and beauty treatments.
We also give courses in scrapbooking, card making or table decoration ... by appointment
For safety reasons, access to the Jacuzzi is strictly forbidden to children under 16 years of age and those under 18 years of age who are not accompanied by an adult.
The reservation of 30 minutes access to the jacuzzi is required 24 hours in advance. A deposit of 100 € is required. (See Rules of Procedure)
It is also possible to take scrapbooking lessons, cards for decorating tables ... by appointment

The former stable is located in the heart of Normandy, halfway between Rouen and Deauville/Honfleur (the flower coast), in Flancourt Catelon, 1h30 (A13) from Paris, 30 minutes from Rouen, 45 minutes from Deauville/Honfleur, and 20 minutes from Bec Hellouin Abbey or Jumièges Abbey.
This cottage is ideally situated to discover Normandy.

Prachtig huis op een prachtige locatie in Normandië. Het huis staat (naast een aantal andere vakantiewoningen) op een mooi landgoed met allerlei dieren: pauwen, alpaca's, eenden, kippen, ganzen etc. Je proeft hier echt de Normandië sfeer! Het huis staat echter wel vlakbij het huis van de eigenaren. Je zit dus niet helemaal privé. In de buurt zijn alleen boerderijen. Wil je iets ondernemen dan moet je minimaal een uur rijden naar bijvoorbeeld de oorlogsmusea of het strand. Je kunt er wel prachtig wandelen of fietsen in de buurt.
Het huis was heel mooi, alleen de keuken was niet helemaal fris. De wasemkap plakte van het vet en het bestek in de lade ook. Ook zou ik adviseren om zelf handdoeken mee te nemen. Je krijgt er namelijk maar 1 per persoon en daar moesten wij het 2 weken mee doen. Gelukkig is er wel een goede wasmachine in het huis.

Goedemiddag, prima locatie. Huis met alle voorzieningen en luxe. Wel onduidelijk was dat fitnessruimte en jacuzzi in een apart huis was op complex en 24h van te voren moeste worden aangevraagd. Dat mag beter in omschrijving staan. En we kregen het idee dat eigenaren vanaf eigen woning op 100 meter ons in de gaten hielden. We hadden buitenverlichting laten branden (terwijl ik deze juist had aangedaan, omdat kinderen laat uit Eurodisney kwamen) en de volgende ochtend kregen we email hierover.

Wat een mooie gite en wat een schitterende plek! Het huis is ruim, goed uitgerust en meer dan voldoende ruimte. Het landgoed eromheen is zo ruim opgezet dat je in alle vrijheid kan ontspannen, top!

The Normandy gastronomy is very rich in taste because of the mostly fresh local products such as cheese, cream, fish ..... There are many markets near the gîtes, the most famous ones are in Neubourg and Pont Audemer.
Normandy is, among others, known for its famous cheeses, such as camembert, Pont l'Evêque, Neufchatel, Livarot ...
It is also the area where cider and calvados are made.
In Bourg Achard, at 4 km, there are numerous restaurants, including one with 3 Michelin stars.
Activities
The house is located at the edge of the forest of Montfort.
It is possible to canoe and water ski in the Risle River.
If you like walking in nature and tranquillity, this is the place!
