Les Chardonnerets is a fully modernised character stone cottage which comfortably sleeps 2 in 80 square metres of space . Fully acoustically and thermally insulated with double glazing and central heating for maximum comfort at any time of year .
The ground floor has an open plan design with a private westerly facing patio and garden for evening sun and east facing living room with panoramic morning views over the lake .
The cottage combines the charm of a traditional stone house with a contemporary interior fully equipped kitchen with all your holiday cooking needs and relaxing living room area with leather sofa .
The upstairs bedroom is fitted with a king size double bed with a beautiful lake view .

Le Pont D'Albart is a fomer royal hunting residence dating back to the 18th century and boasts 8 hectares of private estate .

The small and friendly family run complex is located 15 minutes by car from the uncrowded golden Atlantic beaches of the west coast and half an hour from charming east coast famous for its seafood and craggy sandy bays .
A ten minute drive will take you to the local market towns of either Bricquebec or Saint Sauveur le Vicomte which provide local produce markets, restaurants and three supermarkets .
Many renowned sites can be reached for day trips such as Mont Saint Michel , D Day landing beaches , medieval Bayeux , local Chateaux to name a few .

Many walking , hiking and biking trails in the area . The cycling track 'Voie Vert' is accessible and runs from Cherbourg to Lessay which provides many days cycling through the Norman countryside on a dismantled gravelled railway track . The beaches of the west coast can be reached in 45 minutes by bicycle on quiet country roads.
The Cotentin Pensinsula has 3 distinct coastlines which offer a variety of beach activities such as swimming , watersports , fishing and coastal path hiking . The unspoilt local nature is perfect for bird and animal watching and the cities of Cherbourg and Saint Lo provde shopping possibilities.
