The house
Fully furnished spacious new flat(s)/lodging(s) (2017) on ground floor or 1st floor with terrace or balcony, with 2 bedrooms with double or single beds, spacious lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with walk-in shower, TV, DVD (with films). Large garden with swing, trampoline and heated swimming pool (May to end September).
Upper floor furnished with honesty bar, family/party room (up to 20 people) and indoor cinema (12 people)
Possibility of bakery service, laundry/dry cleaning service. Breakfast on request. Possibility of evening meal.
We also rent on the basis of some days (>2 and <7) and the changeover day does not necessarily have to be on Saturday, you come and go as you please.
Six lodgings in total. If the calendar shows full, all 6 are occupied; otherwise at least one is free.

The site is located at the top of a valley of a small river that flows into the sea, 4 km from the beach, in a historical village of Vittefleur, 7 km from the marina of a larger metropolis, 4 km from a small town with all amenities, 2 supermarkets nearby. (Open Sunday morning). Quiet surroundings with sporadic agricultural activity.
Pebble beach at 4 km with restaurants and cafes on the dike. Cliff walks on the customs routes.
Baker at 2 km. French markets every weekday in the neighbourhood.

Zeer prettig verblijf in Le Relais du Hibou. Warme dagen gehad, het zwembad dichtbij was erg welkom! In het ruime appartement bleef het koel, en de inrichting was comfortabel. Patrick en Anne zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

In the vicinity: we are close to the sea (small sea view from the top floor), close to the newly opened Golf du Côte d'Albâtre, within walking distance of recreational area Lac de Caniel with water ski, bowl, bike rental, fresh water lake, mini golf and restaurant.
Professional fishing in River Durdent, 4 km from beach, 5 km from Saint-Valéry-en-Caux airport, 1/2 hour from Rouen (Joan of Arc, Viking city, Seine), Honfleur, Le Havre, Fecamp.
Introduction to flying with a Cessna, introduction to sand yachting, sailing with a motorboat or a two-master, jet skiing, water sports, sailing trips. Paddle and sea canoeing, fauna and flora tours, fortresses and castles of William the Conqueror, donjons, and even sea caves.
Typical French markets. Every day of the week a French market with local products. Swimming in the sea, lake or pool. Golf du Côte d'Albâtre, or Golf de DIeppe, Etretat or Le Havre, all within easy reach.
