The house
Located amidst nature and its inhabitants such as deer, badgers, wild boar and numerous species of birds! On a plot of 7.5 HA of woodland and pasture, Feydel Le Bas, a wonderful holiday home (one of two on the domain). (Also suitable for dogs)
The house has recently been completely renovated and meets all modern standards while maintaining original features including a large fireplace and an extension which used to serve as cool storage (bassière).
The area is great for walking, cycling, swimming, fishing, so enjoying the outdoors!

Holiday home Feydel Le Bas is surrounded by nature with only one other cottage and a few neighbours a few hundred meters away.
Nature on your doorstep, from your comfortable holiday home right into the woods for walks. With or without your dog.
The possibility of encountering deer, roe deer, foxes, boars, badgers is certainly there!
Next to the house is a small playground. Furthermore, privacy and complete relaxation!

Like everywhere in France you will find plenty of terraces, cosy restaurants and of course in season several lively markets: in Neuvic, Egleton, Meymac ,and a little further away but worth the trip: Limoges, Brive and Clermont Ferrant.

The tourist offices in Neuvic, Ussel or Eagleton can provide you with all the information about the possibilities!
Actually, almost all activities can be found within a radius of about 25 km.
The beautiful lake with an area of over 400 hectares has plenty of water sports facilities, a spacious equestrian centre for taking beautiful outdoor rides, great golf course (9 holes) and several marked trails for hiking and mountain biking / cycling tours.
The beautiful Gorges de la Dordogne for canoeing, but also for making a trip by car along the banks of this beautiful river.
Only this year the TOUR de FRANCE passes the house at only a few kilometers away > Palisse - St. Angel - Neuvic.

We hebben fantastische genoten van het huis en niet te vergeten van de gastvrouw. Op de achtergrond aanwezig als het moest. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Een plek om volledig tot rust te komen en te genieten van de natuur. Daarnaast veel mooie leuke dorpjes in de omgeving. Grote steden binnen bereik. Wil je rust en genieten van de natuur, dan kunnen wij jullie dat huis alleen maar aanbevelen.

Een prachtige plek. Rust, natuur, prachtige omgeving om te wandelen en te fietsen. Ik ben volledig verliefd geworden op de plek. Fijn huisje.

Wat een heerlijke stek. Je voelt je er meteen thuis. Alles is er, een volledig uitgeruste keuken, twee luxe banken, een prachtige schouw met een houtkachel voor de eventuele frisse dagen, goede bedden, een grote badkamer en meters Nederlandstalige boeken. Buiten overal zitjes met een heerlijk rustgevend uitzicht. Meer ga ik er niet over zeggen anders moet Petra Dijkers teveel vakantiegangers teleurstellen!
