The house
In this house you will find the peace and quiet you are looking for. The house is surrounded by over 7500 m2 of private land and sits in the middle of a beautiful remote area. The garden has views over the fields of the Creuse, where you can see the deer and other wildlife passing by. The house is very spacious and a walking trail starts right from the front door. The house has retained its authentic atmosphere. The kitchen overlooks the garden where you can enjoy the sunset. The living room has a wood-burning stove, which makes for cosy evenings by the fire. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 twins and 1 double with a bathroom (ensuite). Bathroom 2 has a double bath. Next to the living room is a playroom for children. The kitchen has all modern appliances, including a coffee machine with fresh coffee beans.
In the garden there is a swimming pool. Furthermore, there is a possibility to bring your horse and stable it for a fee. There is a jumping arena and a meadow available. You can make beautiful rides in the forest. In the evening, the starry skies are breathtakingly beautiful here.

The house is in a rural and very quiet area on a cul-de-sac, surrounded by forest and agriculture, of which most are the property of the owner of the gîte.
Directly from the house you can take one of the hiking trails. You can also ride a bike here and if you have horses, you can stable them here for a fee. You can also use a jumping pen and make very nice walks with your horse. Near us there are several lakes where you can swim or if you prefer you can use the swimming pool at the house.

Den toom from Babyloniënbroek,
Prima en net huis, met achter mooi uitzicht. Wel wat onpraktische puntjes zoals; geen (schuim)matras voor campingbed aanwezig en zwembad op terrein van eigenaar ipv in de tuin van het huis.

Warme ontvangst, een fijne verblijf met een super gastvrije eigenaren. Huisje is compleet ingericht. Volgende keer blijven we langer! Dankjewel Guido en Cindy 🥰

In the surrounding villages there are numerous local producers. Also there are farmers markets and of course wine can be found in abundance.
Activities
The house is located in a quiet area. There are plenty of walking and cycling routes. Activities nearby: swimming at several lakes with children's facilities. There is a climbing forest and a zip line. There are several villages with good restaurants, local and brocant markets. There is a nice medieval painting village to visit with several museums. And the daredevils can do some clay pigeon shooting under supervision. Near Montlucon you can go carting, bowling, shopping. You can visit a wolf park in Gueret, where nature games are organised for children.
You can also make use of the activities on site such as sonotherapy or coaching or massage.
There are plenty of possibilities here. The beautiful surroundings will bring you complete peace.

Further remarks
The gite is located in a nice quiet area and in a radius of 45 km you have many different activities. For big and small! An area to completely unwind. Nice regional markets and delicious food are no problem here.
Try the ziplines across the lake. Tree climbing and challenging your balance is a must if you are a daredevil.
