At walking distance from the lively and characteristic village of Monpazier, on our farmyard, we rent out a nice holiday house with large enclosed garden and jacuzzi (June-September). At the end of a cul-de-sac, with 25 hectares of private land all around, on top of a hill, quiet, yet close to a village with all amenities.

The cottage has two bedrooms, a living room with wood-burning stove and TV, a bathroom and kitchen with all the necessary items to prepare a nice meal. It is fully equipped, including superfast internet, a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. On the Bose TV sound box you can play your own music via bluetooth.

The car can be parked inside, which is very pleasant in the hot summers. We cannot charge electric cars, but there are charging stations in Monpazier.

The large enclosed private garden is accessible from the kitchen. Our sheep are in the meadow next to the garden, very cosy to watch. In the garden is also the Jacuzzi (June-September). The water has a filter system with salt, can be used at a desired temperature and has massage jets and bubbles. There are two LaFuma chairs in the garden, those fine ones you can totally lie in. There is a hammock. And of course a table for eating outside and a bench with beautiful views over the valley and on the village. There is a small Weber BBQ and a fire pit.

Surrounding the farm is our land, 25 hectares of forest and grass, with two springs, a small river (the Dropt) and a lake. The spring is accessible to fill drinking water bottles. The small lake is a lovely place to let the dog swim. We swam in it ourselves but it is a bit shallow and muddy. Plenty to explore, then.

In the yard we also have a small two-person studio, which can be rented if you want to come with 6 people. The studio has its own kitchen, bathroom and large covered terrace with its own enclosed garden.
