Attractive traditionally built villa with lots of space, featuring a large kitchen and very spacious living room with 2 cosy wood-burning stoves.
The house has a very large garden with covered terrace with barbecue. The garden is completely fenced and has a heated swimming pool.
The villa has 5 bedrooms, including 1 very large family room (for 4-6 persons) with its own shower, washbasin and toilet. There are 2 wooden cots which are easy to move. The stairs are fitted with baby gates.
On the ground floor is 1 bedroom with shower (in which, if necessary, a shower chair can be placed).

Activities
The villa is located just 2 km from the well-known village of Les Eyzies. This tourist town is famous for its many prehistoric sights. It is located in the heart of the Dordogne with its many castles and medieval towns, such as the very famous Sarlat. It is also great for hiking, cycling and horse riding in the beautiful hilly surroundings. Or how about canoeing in the Dordogne or Vezere rivers. For children, there are several climbing parks and fun small-scale theme parks in addition to the lovely castles.

The house is equipped with air conditioning, which can also be used as heating. The cost of its electricity consumption will be settled at the end of the stay at the current electricity rate per kwh. The swimming pool is heated with a heat pump. Between 1 October and 1 May, the pool is heated on request. The cost of the electricity stay during that period will be charged at the then current electricity rate per kwh consumed.
The house also has 2 wood-burning stoves. On request we can provide you with firewood. The cost is € 25 per 0.25 m3 of oak wood.
