The house
This beautiful new villa Sarlajoande of 120m2 has a modern interior, even though the outside breathes that wonderful French Perigord atmosphere. The holiday home is more than big enough for 6 people (+baby), has a nice private heated swimming pool and is equipped with an outdoor shower. The pool is secured with a motorised shutter. The house is located a short distance from the beautiful town of Sarlat.
Inside
Sarlajoande consists of a spacious living room with a large corner sofa accompanied by a 102 cm flat screen and a home cinema; WiFi Internet access, a fully equipped American kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, etc.), 3 bedrooms of approximately 12m2 (1x double bed 160x200,1x double bed 140x200 and 2x single beds 90x200), bathroom with Italian shower and a toilet. A large laundry room with ironing board; steam machine; washing machine. Baby equipment: cot; high chair; changing table; potty and baby bath. Garden furniture - sun beds - parasols - very large stone barbecue.
Outside
Large garden where children can play. The heated swimming pool (with steps) is located right in front of the house and is accessible from the living room. There is ample parking space for several cars.

Wij zijn in het huisje Sarlajoande voor 2 weken geweest in juni 2023.
Geweldig huis waar het je aan niets ontbreekt met mooi zwembad. In de buurt waren er veel hele mooie bezienswaardigheden. We hebben een top vakantie gehad.Isa from Enkhuizen,
Het huisje is prachtig. Heel schoon en nog groter dan we hadden verwacht naar aanleiding van de foto’s. De eigenaren zijn super aardig en houden contact met je via sms als er iets gaat gebeuren, zoals bijvoorbeeld een schoonmaak van het zwembad. Ze spreken geen Engels maar ze verstaan je wel en zo kwamen we er met een beetje frans wel uit.
De omgeving is ook geweldig. Je vindt allerlei typen activiteiten binnen een straal van 20 minuten, echt perfect.
Hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad.

Located at the gates of the medieval town of Sarlat (2.5 km), in a quiet and beautiful setting, close to all amenities (restaurants, bakery, butcher less than 1 km), hypermarket less than 5 km. The main tourist attractions are less than 20 minutes away. For example, the castles of Castelnaud, Milandes, Beynac, or even Roque Gageac. But also important prehistoric caves like the caves of LASCAUX, Prehistoparc.
As for leisure activities, a long, beautiful cycle path with a length of about 30 km is less than 10 minutes from the house, riding school, tennis court and golf course are less than 15 minutes away, fishing pond is less than 1 km. All assets are present to spend a very pleasant holiday.
