Sagelat

This cute romantic cottage in the Dordogne called Sagelat, offers charming accommodation for 4 people and a small child. The house is close to the village of Belvès, voted 'one of the most beautiful villages in France' and is ideal for visiting the valleys of the Dordogne, Nauze and Vézère rivers. All the region's tourist attractions are easily and quickly accessible.

Inside
The ground floor has a living room with dining area, fireplace (decorative), former stone sink and a flat-screen TV. There is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen connected to the living room. On the other side of the hall is a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and office space. Next to the bedroom, a bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine and a wardrobe. From the living room, a beautiful wooden staircase leads upstairs, where the second bedroom is located, with a 120cm wide bed and a 90cm bed and a small sitting area. There is also a sink.

Outside
Large terrace at the front of the house, equipped with chairs and a garden table, parasol, barbecue, overlooking the garden. Small terrace at the back of the house, also equipped with garden furniture. Large garden of over 3000m², consisting of lawns and meadows. There is a 6 x 3 swimming pool in the garden.
