Villa Paola

Villa Paola is a beautiful holiday home in the Dordogne built in the typical Périgord style with a beautiful and large fenced private pool. The holiday villa Paola is located in a small hamlet not far from Saint-Rabier and Montignac where the famous Lascaux caves are located. The completely renovated holiday home is perfect for a family holiday or even for two families, as there is a separate part attached to the house which can accommodate at least 10 people! The price outside July and August is based on max 6 people, please feel free to contact us if you have more people!

The price outside July and August is based on max 6 persons, if you also want to use the gîte, you pay 250 euros more. In high season, the gîte is included in the price. You are PRIVATE at all times and the gîte is never rented out separately.

Layout
Villa Paola has a large living room with fireplace, telephone, satellite TV (HDMI connection available), VCR, stereo, CD player. A fully equipped new (2017) kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, washing machine etc. ... in the main house there are three spacious bedrooms on the first floor of which two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with three single beds. There are two toilets and two bathrooms with a shower (one on each floor).

In the separate section (accessible from the inside) there is another small living room and kitchen. Ideal if you are holidaying with two families, as you can then retreat from time to time. This section also has its own terrace for enjoying the outdoors. This section has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. So 3 people can stay here, possibly with a baby in a cot.

A beautiful private 9.5 x 4m swimming pool with roman steps, secured and fenced. A beautiful fully enclosed garden of 1000m2 with lavender and flowers and a nice terrace. A carport for 2 cars . A swing and a slide for the children. Tennis table. A charcoal BBQ is available.
