The house
Light-flooded living room with open kitchen and lounge. The modern and very well-equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, modern cooker hood, dishwasher, an extra-large refrigerator with integrated freezer, coffee machine, electric grater, steam cooker, etc.
There are three bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Thanks to the spacious dressing cabinets, you have a lot of storage space. The two bathrooms have a double washbasin and a spacious shower. In the garage - which has room for two cars - there is a washing machine and a dryer. All windows have electric shutters.
Families with babies and children are welcome. A baby bed with firm mattress and duvet, a baby bath, a washing cushion, a baby chair and a high chair are available free of charge. For the children there are lots of toys and board games. You can watch Dutch television and there is also a DVD player with DVDs available. Free Wifi. In the garden there is a swing with slide and a playhouse.

Villa La Laureraie is quietly situated on the southern flank of the Vézère valley. From the house you have a beautiful view over the valley and the town of Terrasson. Although the house is in a quiet location, you can still do your shopping in the vicinity: the village bakery is only 500 m away and at 2 to 3 km there are 5 large supermarkets where you can do your other shopping.
Cublac is easily accessible via the A89. There is an exit at 7 km.

Niks op aan te merken!
Vriendelijke mensen! Alle comfort is voorzien!
Voor herhaling vatbaar!rené verwimp from beerse,
op en top vakantiewoning aangename tijd gehad met familie alles maar dan ook alles aanwezig voor iedereen wat wils ! zelfs een aanrader voor wie kinderen heeft daar word ook voor gezorgd prachtig vergezicht op vallei en het dorpje Terrasson ,geniet van de lokale winkels en bakker zelfs de grote winkelketens kun je in de buurt vinden dus je hoeft niets meete brengen alles is aanwezig of in omgeving te vingen TOP woning (VILLA)!!!

Wij (2 gezinnen: gezin 1 met een 2-jarige en gezin 2 met een 1-jarige) hebben 2 super weken gehad in deze prachtige villa!
Bij aankomst kwamen Hans en Greet zelf de ontvangst doen. Het huis was hartstikke netjes! Zelfs de gordijnen waren gewassen! Er stonden voor de kinderen al 2 campingbedjes klaar! Voor de 1-jarige werd zelfs nog een box gehaald!
Dit huis is echt van alle gemakken voorzien! Alles is aanwezig in de woning! Voor zowel jong als oud! De kinderen hebben zich super vermaakt! Want speelgoed was er in overvloed! En voor de kleinste was er ook een babybadje en commode aanwezig! Voor buiten was er ook genoeg aanwezig! De garage lag vol met spullen voor in het zwembad en ook badjes en rackets lagen klaar voor gebruik!
Ook de omgeving is super! De markt en de chocoladefabriek in Terrasson zijn echt 2 aanraders om heen te gaan!
Hans en Greet, we willen jullie enorm bedanken voor jullie gastvriendelijkheid! We hebben meer dan genoten van ons verblijf in jullie prachtige La Laureraie!
We komen zeker nog een keer terug!!!
