If you love nature, peace and privacy, then gîte 'Le Petit Mas Dordogne' is just what you are looking for. Located in enchanting surroundings, this completely renovated old farmhouse with a 50 m² gîte offers a wonderful holiday for nature and hiking lovers.
The cosy and comfortable gîte consists of a spacious living room with open-plan kitchen and a separate bedroom with adjoining spacious shower/toilet. All rooms are on the ground floor. As a guest, you can use the swimming pool (10 x 5, shared with the owner) and the beautiful large garden.
The gîte is suitable for 2 people and has its own entrance, a private terrace directly accessible from the living room and private parking.

Le Petit Mas Dordogne is situated in the countryside 5 km from the picturesque village of Sainte-Alvère. It offers an oasis of peace, quiet and privacy and the possibility to go straight from the gite into nature for a lovely walk. The beautiful village of Paunat is 10 minutes away, the Dordogne River with famous villages such as Limeuil is only 20 minutes away, beautiful Bergerac 30 minutes by car. For your daily shopping (bakery, local supermarket) you can go to Sainte-Alvère, for larger groceries you can go to Vergt (Intermarché at 7 km), Le Bugue (Intermarché, Lidl and Aldi at 18 km) or Bergerac (large selection of shops and supermarkets).

Sainte-Alvère is known as the truffle centre of the Dordogne. This is where the weekly truffle market takes place in winter. In addition, the nearby area offers a wide range of restaurants where you can enjoy delicious food in a cosy atmosphere. To name a few:

Activities
Le Petit Mas Dordogne is situated in the countryside, offering an oasis of peace and privacy and the possibility to go straight from the gite into nature for a lovely walk. The starting point for beautiful hiking trails is only 150 metres from the gite. Hikers have the opportunity to walk close to the Roman road, which adds a fascinating historical touch to each step. In the Dordogne, 3 special cycling routes have been created (Véloroutes Voie Verte: the V90, V91 and V92) where you can make the most beautiful cycling trips car-free.
