Newly renovated courtyard gites on a working vineyard in the Bordeaux wine region. These spacious gites are lovingly converted from the former vineyard farmhouse comprising of one cottage and three courtyard properties in this beautiful, scenic setting amongst the rolling countryside of the Gironde vineyards. Luxuriate in a roll top bath or spa wet room shower, views of the vineyards, walk in the properties own woodlands and vines, take time to paint or read - the perfect place to relax or enjoy the vineyards own products and wines.
3 The Court yard has an open plan living space, first floor bedroom with twin beds and shower room. Terrace area and designated parking.

We hebben een ontzettend prettig verblijf gehad! Enorm genoten van de stilte, de schoonheid van de wijngaard en de prachtige omgeving, het zeer nette en schone appartement, de wijn natuurlijk, en de humor en gastvrijheid van de eigenaren Steve & Rob! Het was een prima basis om fietstochten te maken, je valt van de ene verbazing in de andere, maar ook met de auto kun je goed de omgeving verkennen.
Ja, wij willen er graag nog eens naar terug!

We offer wine tastings and sales on the premises with breakfast and meal options available. Locally there are several restaurants within a short drive and the gites all have full cooking facilities and BBQ available on free loan.
Activities
Visiting Clos Vieux Rochers offers its guest the opportunity to experience the day to day life of a fully working vineyard. As the seasons change so also can your experience.
Rob and Steve live and work at the property so are always at hand to answer questions about the wine making process and if you are fortunate, maybe even a guided tour of the vineyard and cellars.
They are happy for guests to explore the property with its adjoining valley and woodland enabling them to absorb the beauty of their surroundings.
There is a golf course near by, great for cycling and walking. There is a lake with a beach for swimming and canoeing just 12km.
Ideally located for Bordeaux and Bergerac Airports, both within a hour.
Saint Emilion is a short drive away as well as many places of interest, vineyards and restaurants.

The general cleaning is included in the price however gites are expected to be left clean and tidy and should extra cleaning be required an additional charge will be made.
