Located directly on the river Lot, gite Les Pecheurs is part of a manor farm called Les Sechoirs from 1780. The riverside location is unique and spacious. The gite has its own private jetty with boat and motor, and there is a large river terrace where you can enjoy the river and nature. The Lot river is the place to fish for carp, catfish, barbel or other fish species.
Les Pêcheurs is a beautifully renovated gite overlooking the Lot. The gite has a spacious living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave oven. Furthermore, a TV, CD player and public fireplace. On the first floor there is a large double bedroom with a super king-size bed overlooking the river. On the same floor is the lovely shower room with toilet. On the second floor there is a large triple bedroom (3 single beds) with beautiful original beams. This room also offers beautiful views over the river Lot. Broadband Wi-Fi is available within each gite and in the immediate vicinity of the swimming pool. Bed linen and towels are provided in each gite.

Les Séchoirs is located in the beautiful area called Lot et Garonne, in the heart of Aquitaine and within a short drive you will find all kinds of historical and picturesque sights.
The gites are just 300 metres from the nearest supermarket and pharmacy. The centre of historic town Clairac is just a 10-minute walk away. Here you will find shops, cafés, a bank, another pharmacy, bakery, hairdressers and a number of restaurants, among the beautifully maintained 16th-century buildings.
The gites are located in the beautiful Lot valley and close to the three airports:

Activities
The lovely swimming pool overlooks the Lot and you will also find a large covered terrace and sun loungers. There are also two large tobacco barns (Sechoirs) where you can store bicycles or fishing equipment. In one of the tobacco barns is a common room with table tennis, pool table and a sitting area with a large collection of books.
In the park-like garden there is also a petanque court, trampoline and football goals. Les Sechoirs is ideal for water sports enthusiasts and anglers there is plenty of space and good chance of catching large carp and catfish.
The Lot river is the place to fish for carp, catfish, barbel or other species. Large fish are often caught. Night fishing is allowed and each cottage has a private (fishing) jetty. There is also enough space at the water's edge to put up a tent. Landing net, landing net, unhooking mat and feeding boat are available.
