Around the water mill is a small nature park where flora and fauna are infinite, we offer both vagarious and vegetarian meals prepared from the permaculture vegetable garden and food forest. The turbine driven by the water provides the electricity, we make our own soap, and try to be as plastic free as possible, and everything not made in our yard is from local producers.
There is much to do around the mill, but also the surrounding area offers beautiful hiking and biking routes, beautiful castles and vineyards, nice markets in the villages, music festivals, canoeing on the river dordogne, or caves to visit.

Activities
The common outdoor area offers a large covered terrace with dining table and cosy seating area, where we also serve a full breakfast. There are many seating areas around the mill, in the butterfly garden and by the riverbank. In the middle of our food forest, there is a large natural swimming pond for leisure. The vegetable garden and the food forest are always open for our guests to harvest fresh fruit and vegetables. With this harvest we prepare 3 course dinners and you can register for workshops such as soap making, lavender oil making, drawing with homemade charcoal, wild picking and much more.
There are several philosophical benches scattered around the grounds, for moments of peace and reflection, the riverbank offers plenty of grassy areas for yoga practices and recreational activities.

The mill is located 2 km from the medieval village of Villereal, where there is a market every Saturday and Wednesday and a local food market on Monday evening.
The region is known for its beautiful cycling and walking routes, castles and bastides.

TABLE D'HOTE is a three course menu organic and with local products costs 25 euros per person and the wine also local and organic costs 12 euros per bottle
