Private holiday home with pool Las Coudennes is located in the Lot et Garonne, in South West France, just south of the Dordogne.
But not (yet) discovered by mass tourism.
Surrounded by a beautiful rolling landscape, near the beautiful medieval bastide villages Monflanquin, Pujols, Penne d'Agenais, Monpazier.
Imposing castles such as Chateau de Biron, Gavaudun and Chateau de Bonaguil are well worth visiting.

After having to postpone for 2 years due to Covid, we finally made it! Beautiful property in a lovely countryside setting. We all 3 generations enjoyed our mornings exploring the regions and our afternoons around the glorious pool! Really well equipped house but with one small niggle! Pity there isn’t another toilet upstairs. But we had great fun and really loved the stunning summer kitchen. The plancha was amazing!

In the bastide villages Monflanquin, Pujols, Penne d'Agenais, Monpazier, there are numerous restaurants to enjoy the French cuisine and delicious wines from the region.
The Lot et Garonne, as a region, is known for its Marche Gourmands, the food markets, where you can sit at long tables. In the stalls, often on the village square, you can buy delicious dishes from the local "producteurs" and buy delicious wines from the region, for a very attractive price.
In this region in the South West of France, there are several wine regions, such as Cahors, Bergerac and Buzet.
