The house
Villa Espace 134 is a completely modernised and equipped with many innovations.
Completely renovated and updated in 2022, both inside and outside around the villa. A lovely child-friendly holiday home with comfort as you would like to have on holiday.
Entrance through the hall with access to the cosy master bedroom, luxurious bathroom with walk-in rain shower and toilet, spacious living room with open kitchen and dining area.
The living room has a seating area with a spacious corner sofa and cushions, two lovely lounge chairs and a flat-screen TV. Luxurious atmospheric lighting completes the picture. For chilly summer evenings or cold winters, there is pleasant heating by means of underfloor heating.
The dining area has a spacious dining table with 6 chairs and a well-equipped china cabinet, where you can enjoy a meal. Via the two French doors, the terraces are accessible on both sides of the holiday home.
The terrace has a large table with 6 chairs where you can enjoy a glass of wine and a snack on balmy evenings. The other terrace has a lounge set for enjoying the shade on warm days. At the back of the villa there is a cosy seating area and sun beds.
All terraces are equipped with parasols. There is also a hammock to chill in.
The open kitchen has a very complete kitchen with a Nespresso machine, milk frother, dishwasher, cooker, oven and a spacious worktop with plenty of space to work. An initial starter pack of coffee cups, tea, sugar, spices, oil and detergent is waiting for you.
A luxurious yet pleasant atmosphere has been created, in which you will quickly feel at home. Magazines, books and games are available.
The renovated and modernised bathroom on the ground floor is also full of luxury. Beautiful tiles finished with a lovely rain shower. Also equipped with a free washing machine.
On the ground floor is a bedroom with a large double bed (1.80x2.00) and storage space for clothes.
On the first floor are two bedrooms, one with two separate boxsprings (90x2.00), a wardrobe and fan.
The other bedroom has an extra large double bed (1.80x2.00) and a washbasin.
Both bedrooms have mosquito nets for the windows.
There is an extra toilet on the 1st floor.
The holiday home has space to park 1 car.

Holiday park Chateau Cazalères is a Dutch-speaking holiday park in the Midi-Pyrenees. You will find us about 70 kilometres south-east of Toulouse in the beautiful department of Ariège.
The park consists of 138 detached holiday homes (4-6 persons) on an old estate.
Around Cazalères Castle you will find 2 large swimming pools and a separate shielded children's pool, a pool bar, a restaurant, tennis courts, trampoline, playground for the little ones, mini-golf and petanque courts.
During the summer holiday period, a Dutch-speaking entertainment team keeps young and old enthusiastically entertained.
What is there to do in the surrounding area?
The holiday park is at walking distance from the village of Daumazan-sur-Arize. Here you will find a small Casino (supermarket), bakery, butcher and restaurants. There is also a weekly market.
You can enjoy nature in many ways: (mountain) hiking, cycling, canoeing, climbing park, golf course, the choice is yours.
Or visit one of the old and interesting cities and their markets in the area: Foix, Pamiers, Mirepoix, Toulouse, Carcassonne or drive a little further to Andorra, Lourdes or even Barcelona.
