The house
Holiday Villa 88 is a holiday home located on a well-kept plot with a beautiful garden and privacy. The garden has two terraces and a lawn.
Entrance through the hall with access to the master bedroom, the bathroom and separate toilet and the living room.The living room has a seating area with a spacious sofa and loose chairs. There is also a TV with Dutch channels, a DVD player and a Chrome Cast. For chilly summer evenings or cold winters, there is pleasant heating by means of underfloor heating and/or radiators. Through the French doors, the terrace is accessible. On the terrace you will find a picnic table. The dining area has a spacious dining table with chairs.
The open kitchen has a kitchen with various kitchen appliances. A gas cooker, oven/combi microwave, airfryer, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and a spacious counter top with plenty of work space. There is also an extra-large fridge with a large freezer compartment.
The bathroom on the ground floor has a walk-in shower.On the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a second bedroom for children with a trundle bed.
On the first floor is a bedroom with two single beds.
The garden has a generous lawn with garden furniture and a terrace with a seating area. At the sliding doors to the terrace you will find a garden set with a fold-out sunshade. Lovely spacious plot with plenty of grass. Two sun loungers complement the garden furniture.
A parking space for 1 car is available at the villa.

Ariège is the ideal holiday destination if you want to enjoy peace and quiet on the one hand, and spend your holidays in an area with plenty to see and do on the other.
Ariège is a beautiful department at the foot of the Pyrenees to discover on foot, by bike or by car. The region offers plenty of activities for young and old in every season. Rivers and lakes, lovely villages, beautiful hiking and cycling routes: Ariège has it all!
Visit the rustic villages in the area, such as the Sunday market in Montbrun-Bocage. Drive to beautiful cities like Foix and Toulouse.
Drive a little further and you can visit France's most beautiful fortified city: Carcassonne. Imagine yourself in ancient times at impressive Montségur Castle and Puivert Castle. Immerse yourself in the history of the Cathars.
Or descend into extraordinary caves such as the cave of Niaux, sail through the cave of Labouiche or drive by car through the cave of Mas-d'Azil.
In Ariège, you will find unspoilt nature that offers many opportunities for sporting excursions. There are many walks and cycling routes in the immediate surroundings and the Pyrenees. If you are looking for even more of a challenge, you can go rafting, canoeing or canyoning. More information on sporting opportunities: activities outside the park.
Château Cazalères is located in the Ariège and thus at the foot of the Pyrenees. You can undertake many activities where the altitude difference is a challenge, but there are also many activities where you can take it a bit easier, for example a bike ride on the voie verte from Saint-Girons to Foix. Hiking, cycling, climbing or letting yourself be carried away by a river. A day of golf on the beautiful 18-hole course or exploring the area on horseback, it's all possible.

On the Park, enjoy a nice dinner at our restaurant 'La table de Cazalères' on the Chateau's terrace? Enjoy the view of the pool and the wide surroundings. And of course the delicious food. Just having a drink on the terrace or at the bar is of course also possible.
You can also go to the Poolbar for small dishes, snacks and salads and a delicious beer on tap or other drinks.
In high season there is another Marché Nocturne, with various stalls selling curiosities, food and drinks. You can enjoy the meal and live music at the long tables on the square in front of the Château.
Activities
Cazalères offers the ultimate holiday feeling, with plenty of facilities and water fun for young and old. You can sunbathe and read a book in the garden by your holiday villa or on a bed by one of the three swimming pools. There you can also swim laps, play games or get a drink at the pool bar. For the little ones, there is a fenced paddling pool.
ENTERTAINMENT TEAM FOR CHILDREN
In and around the château, children have a great time. In the summer season, the entertainment team builds a party with them every day. You can find the programme at reception or scan the Q-code which can be found at various places in the park.
