The house
Holiday home Espace 52 is a holiday home for 6 people and is located directly on the green "horseshoe", close to all amenities such as the Chateau, swimming pool, reception and playground.
The garden is directly adjacent to a large lawn where children have plenty of room to play, you can easily supervise, but where you nevertheless have plenty of privacy.
The villa has a spacious living room with open kitchen and two sliding doors to both terraces. On the ground floor are the living room, kitchen, bathroom with bath, separate shower cabin and toilet and 1 bedroom. On the first floor 2 bedrooms and a separate toilet. We have equipped our house with a luxury kitchen .

At the edge of the northernmost spur of the Massif du Plantaurel lies Daumazan. Daumazan is a village with about 600 inhabitants situated in the Ariège department at the little river Arize. In the village of Daumazan, you will find houses that are characteristic of the area.
Apart from this type of house, most old houses are traditionally built with rough stone and finished with plaster. In the course of time, the weather eats away at this so that it gives a dilapidated impression, but that is the charm of this kind of old village. The town arose on the road between Montesquieu-Volvestre and au Mas-d' Azil. Daumazan has a 12th century church building in Romanesque style.

La Tomate du Jardin
In the centre of Daumazan, next to the church, you will find this cosy restaurant. The owner has turned this original building into a nice restaurant where you can eat delicious food. Lunch is also possible with every day a different plat du jour.
Activities
Villa 52 is situated in a Dutch-speaking holiday park in the Midi-Pyrenees. You will find us some 70 kilometres south-east of Toulouse in the beautiful department of Ariège.
The park consists of 138 detached holiday homes (4-6 persons) on an old estate.
In the park you will find 2 large swimming pools and a separate shielded children's pool, a pool bar, a restaurant, tennis courts, trampoline, playground for the little ones, midget golf and petanque courts.
In the summer holiday period, a Dutch-speaking entertainment team enthusiastically keeps young and old busy.
