This cosy furnished villa is located in the middle of a beautiful hilly landscape in the "Corbières", surrounded by vineyards. The villa has an extra studio, a swimming pool, an attractive terrace and a summer kitchen with a beautiful view over the vineyards. The special wine region and the villa's location make this holiday spot ideal for epicureans. The villa, surrounded by rolling countryside and vineyards, is fully equipped. The villa is comfortably furnished, has an attractive garden and offers plenty of privacy. In the village of Moux are some small shops (bakery, post office, restaurant, bar.) At 10 minutes by car is a larger village (Lezignan-Corbières) with supermarkets and other shops. There is also a large, weekly traditional market here on Wednesdays. In the vicinity are plenty of idyllic spots to discover (walking or cycling) and the beach is 50 min away by car. This attractively furnished villa has a living room (25 m2) with stove and air conditioning and an open kitchen with dining table (15m2). The kitchen is of course fully equipped. The living room is connected to the cosy covered terrace where you can watch the sun rise in the morning over a delicious French breakfast. There are 2 bedrooms in the house. One bedroom has a double bed (140x200), a washbasin and a toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds (90x200). The bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet. A storage room is equipped with a washing machine, a freezer and an extra fridge. Behind the house at about 20 metres is the studio. This is for 2 persons and has its own kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, a shower with toilet and sink and double beds (160x200). The studio also has its own TV and air conditioning. The sliding doors open onto the terrace, garden, heated pool and summer kitchen. Adjacent to the house's living room is a covered terrace with dining table and great views over the 'Corbièrre' countryside. Behind the house, you will find the studio as well as the immense garden, the heated swimming pool (4x8) with its spacious terrace and the summer kitchen. On the large terrace, enjoying a cool glass of local rosé, you again overlook the fantastic landscape. Ideal for spending long balmy summer evenings. Around the pool there is more than enough space for sun loungers. Parking for your car is located at the end of the driveway in front of the villa.
