Rated Meublé de Tourisme 4 Stars, this lovely modern detached home only 10 minutes' drive from the beautiful beaches of St Pierre la Mer and Narbonne Plage, and 35 minutes' drive from Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport, set in the charming village of Fleury d'Aude. Private garden with pool and south-facing patio. 3 double beds (1 x 160cm, 2 x 140cm) max 6 guests, lovely modern fully-equipped open kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and hob, extractor fan, 2 bathrooms, utility room with washing machine, lounge with wood burning fire, dining room with air conditioning/heating unit, upstairs landing with air conditioning/heating unit, private off-road parking.

The Massive de la Clape features plenty of walking and hiking on foot or bicycle. There are many wineries and local producers close by.

      De villa in Fleury is super! Het is een groot huis, met 3 ruime slaapkamers met elk een heerlijk tweepersoonsbed. De 2 badkamers met inloopdouche zijn erg fijn. Alles wat je nodig hebt is in het huis aanwezig: wasmachine, oven, vaatwasser etc. Het zwembad in de tuin is aangenaam. Kim is altijd beschikbaar voor vragen. Het is heel handig dat ze ook zeer goed Engels spreekt en meteen op vragen reageert. Het huis staat in een kalme omgeving vlakbij zee, maar ook andere uitstapjes zijn vanuit de villa goed aan te reizen. Er is genoeg te doen in de omgeving. Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad en bevelen de villa van Kim zeker aan.

    The house is set on the outskirts of the charming village, a short walk to the centre where you will find a Spar supermarket, bar and restaurants/take-aways, and beautiful church, hairdresser etc. Relax by the pool or on the lovely sandy beaches, or go exploring. Only 10 minutes' drive from the Mediterranean seaside resorts of St. Pierre La Mer and Narbonne Plage where you can enjoy many activities such as sailing, wind-surfing, kite-surfing, the amusement park and local daily market. The Gouffre de l'Oeil Doux is approx 8 km.
