Its name is inspired by the famous wind Cers, powerful and purifying, which guarantees clear and cloudless skies. From the spacious garden room, you enjoy breathtaking views of the private garden and the hills of Limoux, a true living painting. The gîte's authentic charm and cosy atmosphere make it an ideal place for 1 to 4 people.
The accommodation has a 100m2 private garden with a 20m2 terrace, a spacious garden room with French doors, a large well-equipped kitchen with : an oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a coffee machine, a Nespresso machine, a dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, a toaster, etc. A spacious living area with (bed) sofa, comfortable chairs and a TV. The bathroom is also on the ground floor and has a WC, a spacious shower and plenty of storage space. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a separate toilet. The master bedroom has a King-size bed (1.80m x 2m) which can also be converted into 2 single beds (0.90m x 2m). The other bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 beds of 0.9m x 2m.
All bed linen, towels , basic necessities and catering products are provided.
