Villa Soleil & Liberté

General:
This very comfortable and beautifully situated villa located on the outskirts of a village has views over the village, the landscape with vineyards, woods and the lake up to the Montagne noir. In the village you can get your fresh bread every morning on foot or have a drink in the local bar. The lake (Lac de Jouarres) is 10 minutes away for water sports and the Mediterranean is relatively close by. There are many sights to visit in the immediate vicinity. Then in the evenings it is nice to relax in the jacuzzi enjoying the view and the clear starry sky.

Furnishings:
The living room (40m²) and open kitchen (12m²) connect to the covered terrace and large patio. The kitchen is of course fully equipped (filter coffee machine and Senseo) and next to the kitchen is the storage room with washing machine, dryer and fridge/freezer. There are three bedrooms, all three bedrooms have two single beds (90×200) . One of these bedrooms has a TV opening onto the large terrace. One bedroom has two single beds (90×200) and a private shower with washbasin. The bathroom has a double sink, walk-in shower and toilet. Two bedrooms have air conditioning There is a guest toilet in the hallway.

Outside the house:
The covered terrace opens onto the kitchen and has stunning views over the village and surrounding area. From the living room you can access the large covered terrace with a wide staircase to the terrace with the private heated pool (4×9), sun loungers, lounge set and jacuzzi. Here you can relax and enjoy the peace, space and, of course, the view. The property is surrounded by a garden with Mediterranean plants where the palm tree has a prominent place. There is of course a BBQ and an outdoor fireplace with lounge set at your disposal. You can park your car in front of the house, of course on private property.
