The house
Le Mas Toupian is a beautiful stone Mas, former Magnanerie, where you can enjoy wonderful moments as a group of friends or large family. The house can accommodate groups of up to 22 people and is located in the forest 3.7 km from the village of Goudargues. All 9 bedrooms and living areas have private access and are situated around the courtyard.
The large kitchen has space and equipment for up to 22 people. Almost every bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet.
Characteristic of Le Mas Toupian is the original stone construction, typical of the region, and the rather modern interior of the gites.
The many terraces and balconies offer plenty of privacy and the opportunity to retreat in peace and quiet, even if you come in a large group. Moreover, the beautiful covered terrace in the courtyard, with outdoor kitchen, can be a pleasant place on hot summer days or a protection in case of sudden rain.
The large garden offers a host of possibilities: a splash in the large swimming pool (12x6), a game of tennis, table tennis, table football, petanque,...

Le Mas Toupian is located in the wooded hills of the Serre Toupian, a stone's throw from Goudargues, the Venice of the Gard. The environment is exceptionally green and shady thanks to the Fôret Méditerranéenne. The swimming pool, the large garden and the tennis court guarantee a wonderful stay on site, but also the beautiful medieval villages, the numerous bathing resorts of the Cèze river and the jewels of nature that you can find everywhere ensure an unforgettable stay in this wonderful region.
In Goudargues (3 km) you will find a supermarket, fruit and vegetable shop, bakers, butcher, doctor, post office, tourist office, weekly market on Wednesdays, and not to forget, many cosy restaurants.

Beste Jeroen en An, met de hele familie hebben wij genoten van een fantastische vakantie in jullie verblijf! Alles wat we nodig hadden was ruimschoots aanwezig. De locatie overtreft alle verwachtingen zowel voor de sportievelingen als voor de genieters! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!! Niets dan lof voor de eigenaren, An en Jeroen, voor deze prachtige Mas. In de voorbereiding klopte alles. De plattegrond, die wij vooraf kregen gaf al een goede indruk van wat wij verwachten konden, maar toen we werden rondgeleid door Christine (host) werd het pas echt duidelijk waar we waren beland. Prachtig! We waren er in de meivakantie met ons hele gezin, met 17 personen.
Zowel de binnen- als buitenkeuken waren prima voor elkaar.Zwembad in de zon , tennisbaan in de zon, tafeltennis in de schaduw en jeu de boules voor de avond. Het centre court is een heerlijke plek om bij elkaar te zijn. Slaapkamers en badkamers prima in te delen voor ons gezin. Gewoon top!
Voor je echt in de gaten hebt hoe de indeling van de Mas is ben je wel 24 uur verder

The Mas is surrounded by numerous wine estates where wine can be tasted and purchased at advantageous prices. Many domains organise guided tours on request.
Goudargues has many cosy restaurants and cafés by the water.

The range of possible activities is gigantic:
For the sporty types: Canoeing on the Cèze or the Ardêche, guided horseback riding just next door, discovering the beautiful region by bike or mountain bike, hiking in the Concluses, swimming in the Cèze or the Ardêche, fishing, climbing and canyoning in the Gorges de l'Ardèche, golf (Nimes) ,...
For culture lovers, there are the beautiful Roman cities of Nîmes and Avignon or the fantastic medieval Uzès, all at 25 to 50 kilometres from Goudargues. The prices listed are the weekly prices for renting the entire house.
Our prices are almost All-In! That means: including tourist tax, water, gas, normal electricity consumption , cleaning, bed and bath linen. Only excess electricity consumption will be charged later and deducted from the deposit.
We expect guests to leave the house as they found it, broom clean. If this is not the case and additional cleaning proves necessary (in addition to the usual cleaning), the cost will be deducted from the deposit.
Great care is taken to sort waste.
A deposit of 500€ is requested on arrival
