Petit Paradis Bellevue is a half-open village house with antique vaults in old French stone. You immediately imagine yourself in the authentic South of France. The house can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
Location
Petit Paradis Bellevue is quietly located on the outskirts of a typical French village, Montpezat, with a wide view of the Cevennes and the Pic Saint-Loup and a breathtaking sunset.
The bakery is within walking distance in the village and supermarkets are a 10-minute drive away. On Saturdays there is the traditional market in Sommières, 12 minutes' drive away, and on Sundays in Calvisson, 14 minutes' drive away.
Description exterior
Petit Paradis Bellevue has a lower terrace garden with swimming pool (fenced), sun beds and a covered terrace with dining table, outdoor kitchen and electric BBQ. Here you have a breathtaking view of the Cevennes and the Pic Saint-Loup. You can park your car temporarily just in front of the house to unload luggage, then there is free parking on the street near the house.

Petit Paradis Bellevue is laid out as follows:
entrance hall and spacious living area with dining table, armchair, lounge chair, desk, smart TV (with DVD) and with view of the Cevennes
bedroom 1 has a 160x200 four-poster bed with wardrobe
bedroom 2 has 2 single beds of 80x200, these can also be converted into a double bed of 160x200.
bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin (soap, shower gel and hairdryer are provided)
fully equipped kitchen with fridge (including freezer compartment), dishwasher, convection oven, microwave, vitroceramic hob, coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, mixer, etc. and with view of the Pic Saint-Loup
The decoration was carefully and tastefully chosen. The authentic thick walls and vaults provide plenty of coolness in summer. Bed linen, towels (2 towels per person and kitchen towels), final cleaning, Wi-Fi, water and electricity are always included in the price. Pool/beach towels are not included. Baby bed and high chair are available (on request), as well as an iron and ironing board.

Restaurants, food & wine
You are in the middle of the region of wine and olives ... the wines of the "Costières de Nîmes", the "Pic St Loup" or "Gris de Gris" are very tasty local wines, and there are dozens of them. Culture cannot be missed in the "Rome of France" Nîmes with its Arena and Maison Carré (Unesco!). The Pont du Gard (Unesco) is also a must do!
Activities
Montpezat is close to historic villages full of culture and history: Nîmes, Uzes, Sommières, etc. It is also a short distance from the sea and the Camargue with its white horses, black bulls and thousands of flamingos. Nearby you can swim or kayak, e.g. under the famous Pont du Gard. It is the land of wine and olives, so you can taste them everywhere to your heart's content. There are also many markets in the surrounding villages. In high season, there are lots of additional activities everywhere, usually linked to local folklore and tasting of local specialities.
