The property is located on the village square of Saint-Denis in region de Gard. An 8-minute drive from Saint-Ambroix and also a 15-minute drive from Barjac. Old buildings, quaint little streets. Within walking distance swimming river Cèze for some sunbathing, reading or a fresh (morning) swim. A quiet area but not remote. Within no time you are at all the beautiful sights the Gard and the Ardèche have to offer. There is always something to do that suits you. The same property also houses gîte Romarin, gîte Olive and gîte Lavande.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in absolut ruhiger Lage. Besonders schöne Einrichtung.Es fehlte uns an nichts. Sehr bequeme Betten. Schöne Terrasse. Sicherer Abstellraum für unsere Fahrräder. Das kleine Dorf ist einfach nur schön. Wer schwimmen will, ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten an der Ceze. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Onze kinderen vonden het klimbos in Grospierres heel erg leuk. Ook het strandje van Isla Cool Douche was favoriet. Springen van de grote hoge rotsen en waterfietsen. Ook zijn er gewone zwembaden aanwezig. We hebben ontzettend genoten van gîte Anis. Jammer dat we nu al weer weg gaan. Het huisje is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De buitenruimte is echt genieten. Dit is ook een leuk dorpje om even een rondje te fietsen of te lopen. Voor de echte leuke uitstapjes moet je wel de auto pakken. Tip: Eten bij La Banque. Wij hebben het heerlijk gehad.

Restaurants, food & wine
Barjac (Gard) is 15 minutes away from the gite and has numerous restaurants and terraces. Every Friday there is a beautiful market in Barjac where you can buy delicious tapas, olives, cheeses, vegetables, bread and wines and other typical French products. In the Gard, there are many wine houses where you can taste and buy wine. But also on the many markets in the area, the wine houses are often represented. On every day of the week, you could visit a market.
Activities
The village of Saint-Denis is located in the Gard region and close to the Ardèche. Between Barjac and Saint-Ambroix. There are many activities to do and sights to see. Beautiful cities like Nîmes, Avignon, Aubenas, Uzès, Arles and Montpellier are all in the region. Especially in the Ardèche, there is a lot to do like canoeing, cycling, climbing, walking and swimming in the rivers. The historical Pont du Gard (Roman aqueduct) is worth a visit but also the impressive Gorges de L'Ardèche are close by. There are beautiful caves to visit, also for the children a very nice outing. In the Cevennes, a nature reserve, you can go for excellent walks and for the cycling enthusiast, the Mont Ventoux or Mont Bouquet are in the region. Everything is possible in this area, beautiful cities, nice trips, culture or sports. But also those nice markets; every day there is a market somewhere like Barjac, Saint-Ambroix, Joyeuse, Uzès, too much to mention! Within walking distance of Gîtes NouLou is the Cèze river. You can swim, sunbathe, play, fish or relax under the trees. Ideal for children but also for adults. We offer a cart so you can easily take your stuff with you. There are also ladies, - and men's sports bikes (with child seat) available.

Further remarks
Gîte Anis by NouLou is on the 1st floor of the property. The entrance is through a coeur, via a staircase. The flat has air conditioning.
Besides gîte Anis, gîte Romarin is also present on the first floor. The large terrace is shared, each flat has its own seat and dining table set and there is a partition for privacy.
On the ground floor is Gîte Olive and on the 2nd floor Gîte Lavande (see also our other advertisements).
