Fully renovated old farmhouse on plot of 1.6 hectares with pristine views over a lovely valley with the Pyrenees in the distance. This is not a holiday home but the (secondary) home of the owner who in his absence rents the house for select periods, adults only. There is a private pool with total privacy and surrounded by a spacious wooden deck/terrace. The house is decorated with lots of art and other touches that show that the owner has lived and worked in the Levant for three decades. In addition to the terrace around the pool, there is a large covered terrace adjacent to the kitchen, a spacious balcony on the first floor, and four small terraces at various points on the property. On the ground floor there is a spacious and well-equipped kitchen-diner with table and eight chairs, a cosy lounge with wood-burning stove, a guest bathroom, and a hallway/staircase (the primary bedroom, with adjoining bathroom and a pantry, also on the ground floor, are not accessible during rentals)..On the first floor there are four spacious bedrooms, one of which has access to the aforementioned balcony, with a second guest bathroom as well as a spacious landing (one of the four rooms is not accessible during rentals). Two electric folding bicycles are available for tenants.
