The villa is fully equipped, has a very nice style and is decorated to perfection. A restored mill on the property gives a rural and authentic atmosphere to the living area. From this villa you can easily take long walks through the vineyards, the village or in the slightly higher hills and forests. There are many places of interest in the vicinity (from dolmen to the extraordinary village of Minerve), but we wouldn't be surprised if you often decide to stay 'at home' and enjoy the 'good French life' in this lovely place.

Furnishings:

The living room (40m²) and the open-plan kitchen are equipped with all the necessary appliances and have French doors to the terrace with its great views. One bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and a private bathroom with shower , double sink, toilet and ample storage space. This bedroom also has a walk-in closet. The second bedroom also has a double bed (160x200). This bed can be made into 2 single beds if desired. For this room, there is a second bathroom with shower and sink and also plenty of storage space. There is also a guest toilet in the hallway. The toilet is equipped with a shower function. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in the garage. Here you will also find the cushions for the garden furniture.

Adjacent to the living room is the very spacious covered terrace with a large dining table and great views. Right next to the house is a place furnished for lounging. There is also a barbecue. There is a swimming pool (around 3m in diameter) where you can cool down on hot days or enjoy bobbing up and down on an air mattress. There is plenty of space for sunbeds and the property is surrounded by a well-tended garden with Mediterranean plants and shrubs. Parking is located at the front on the private property. You also have access to the garage, which has space for two cars.
