Sunny spacious French villa. Cosily furnished with open kitchen, sitting area with closed wood-burning stove. Three terraces with patio furniture, barbecue and hammock. There is also 1 studio with a double bed, private bathroom and kitchenette with fridge (no cooking facilities). There is also a desk to work at if necessary.
There are 12 private bungalows in the valley. We share the swimming pool, tennis court and petanque court. There is plenty of space and privacy, but can seek conviviality if desired.
Around the corner in the village you will find a fresh bakery and a cosy restaurant. The big shops are nearby in Clermont l'Herault and Gignac. And extensive shopping is possible in the beautiful city of Montpellier, a 20-minute drive from the house. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area. There is a lake for swimming, supping, surfing, sailing, a gorge for canyoning and canoeing, wine caves, quaint villages and markets, walking and cycling opportunities, the beaches of the Mediterranean, special attractions and natural phenomena, too many to mention.
