It's peaceful, simple rural charm. This is la France Profonde after all!

But above all it is the most astoundingly beautiful place, right in the heart of nature.

The house is situated at the top of a steep hill along a gravel/ stoney rural path. It is surrounded by nature with the only other house at the bottom of the hill. It is accessible by car but the orad is not suitable for low slung ( ie sports) cars or cars with a low frontage. It is idylically quiet and peaceful with only the sounds of nature.

Restaurants, food & wine

The village is Vieussan which has a restaurant - le lizard Bleu / bar serving excellent food and belgium beers, but it is actualy closer to Tarassac and nearby Mons le trivale for restaurants, bars and convenience shops. The Vival has lots of organic products.
Nearby Columbiers sur orb also has a fabulous gourmet restaurant - Bonan which I would highly recommend.
There is winetasting all over but definately worth a visit to Ceps, Roquebrun and Prades le venezobre (Jugla) Berlou also has some very good wines.
