Mon Désir is a beautiful typical French Manoir, located in the most beautiful part of the Périgod Noir (Dordogne/Lot) and suitable for up to 14 people. This luxury holiday home with a large heated private pool and complete privacy, consists of 2 buildings: the Manoir, suitable for 10 people and a separate house suitable for 4 people. The domain of 4 HA (a large part of which is completely dog-proof fenced!) is situated on top of a hill giving you a breathtaking view over the Dordogne/Lot valley. The old fortified town of Gourdon with all facilities and numerous restaurants is only a 10-minute drive from your accommodation, a bakery and a good restaurant can be found in the nearby village just a few kilometres away. Mon Désir is ideal for several families or groups, but also romantic for couples, luxurious, private, in short a lovely house to spend a fantastic holiday.

Inside
Mon Désir has a whopping 260m of living space. There is a spacious living room with modern open kitchen and French doors to the terrace, 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms (3 bedrooms 1st floor, 2 on the 2nd floor). From April 2024, the entire house has air conditioning. The separate house has a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. This gite also has air conditioning throughout, both in the bedrooms and the living room.

Outside
The estate with ancient trees consists of meadows and woods and has a total area of over 4 hectares, a large part of which is dog-proof fenced. There is a beautiful and large heated swimming pool, several terraces and a courtyard with ample parking for cars.
