Inside
The 240m² holiday home features four spacious and tastefully decorated bedrooms, including a comfortable master suite with en suite bathroom on the ground floor. In total, there are three modern bathrooms, all with good finishes and practical layouts. The large, bright living room invites cosy evenings and offers views of the garden. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for those who like to cook for themselves, with modern appliances and plenty of work space.

Outside
The garden is a haven of peace and has sunshine all day. It features a spacious terrace with pergola, perfect for long summer evenings with a good glass of wine. The large private swimming pool (6 x 12 m) offers coolness on hot days and is surrounded by woodland on a plot of more than 2000 m², where you will find plenty of privacy and shade. As mentioned, the villa is quietly located and has a private road with its own parking spaces.

Surroundings
The location is ideal for those who want to discover the region: at a short distance you will find the most beautiful sights of the Lot and Dordogne (you can even walk to the Dordogne river in 15 minutes), such as impressive caves, historic castles and characteristic villages. In the immediate vicinity, there are plenty of hiking trails and water activities, perfect for nature lovers and active holidaymakers. The quiet and green surroundings make this an excellent place to really unwind and recharge.
