Soniette

Soniette is a traditional holiday home with a private pool that can be covered to keep the water super warm when the sun has shone. Soniette is located in the heart of the Lot/Dordogne and is super nice and quiet near the Dordogne River and the lovely town of Souillac. You have beautiful views on several sides of the house. Choose a spot in the garden and enjoy a delicious breakfast with fresh croissants and a baguette, or start the day with a dip in the fine swimming pool.

Typical French living/dining room, if you like the French authentic style, this is the place to be. Well-equipped kitchen with new kitchen appliances. Prefer something more modern? Then the bedrooms (all on the ground floor) and the new bathroom will certainly appeal to you, as they have been completely renovated with new good beds! Two bedrooms with 2 x box-spring single beds, both with en-suite bathroom, one bedroom with double bed (new mattress) and separate modern bathroom.

Outside
Around the house you have several terraces, so you can sit in the sun or shade at all times. Beautiful views.

Attention: owner lives near the house, but has the terrace on the other side of their house so you can stay as private as possible. They never use the pool and are there if you need them, otherwise they are discreet.
