CERBERE- Residence des ALOES
This air-conditioned apartment is part of the Residence des Alos, with views of the sea and the surrounding countryside.
You have access to WiFi.
It is located in the Banyuls reserve in Cerbère. The cottage is 3 km from Cerbère and 6 km from Spain. You are at garden level, surrounded by a landscaped garden consisting of cacti, Mediterranean plants and flowers. It's very quiet here.
The residence has:
- A Catalan restaurant, large and small swimming pool, sea view, tennis court, bowling alley, general parking.
- Security: guard from July to August, around the pool, entrance to the residence with barrier.

The cottage is 3 km from Cerbère, 6 km from the Spanish border. It is the last village before the Spanish border.

Beaches: from Pierrefyte at 400 m on foot or by car, the Bay of Terrimbo at 350 m on foot, from Cerbère at 3 km by car.
Hiking: coastal path from Banyuls to Cerbere + ten hiking trails around the residence.

- TO WALK:
Around the residence you will find about ten walks, accessible for all fitness levels. These walks allow you to discover the coast, the mountain (300 / 400 m or higher), the hinterland.
- Scuba diving:
The Banyuls underwater reserve in Cerbere is one of the most beautiful in France. You can discover bass, barracuda, multitudes of schools of fish of all breeds, basking sharks and small fish, See animals (sea urchins, anemones, etc.).
There is a scuba diving club in Cerbere, the inflation of the bottle can also be done downstairs in the house.
For beginners with snorkel and mask there is the opportunity to discover the underwater path and see the small fauna.

Further remarks
The gte is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (there are 15 steps to climb).
Please respect the neigbours in case of gatherings. As off 10 pm all noise must be avoided.
You will be welcomed by our house manager. Please indicate your time of arrival 3 days ahead.

The rates are shown for 4 people max. from Saturday to Saturday.
Bed linen is NOT included in the rate.

Small and medium dogs are welcome outside the high season so not from June 1st to August 31st.
