The house
Le Bien Aller' is a comfortable holiday home with room for 6 people. The detached villa has its own parking space, a beautiful swimming pool and is surrounded by a walled garden.
The house is built in Catalan style, with the living quarters on the 1st floor.
The lounge has a sitting and dining area and opens onto a sunny terrace with views of the pool and mountains.
The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, fridge-freezer and air conditioning.
There are 3 bedrooms, each for 2 persons, with comfortable beds. A cot can be added on request. The bathroom is fully equipped.
The master bedroom has a balcony and a private shower room with toilet and sink.
WiFi and satellite TV are available.
Around the beautiful and spacious swimming pool (9x4m) is a large terrace with sun loungers. There is also a nice seating area in a shady part of the garden and a dining table with barbecue at the side of the house.
There is also a table tennis table.

Le Bien Aller' is situated on the main road from Laroque-Des-Alberes to the mountain village Villelongue-Dels-Monts. The cosy village centre of Laroque-Des-Alberes is at about 3 minutes walking distance from the house. In the village are several shops (including of course a bakery), restaurants and terraces. Regularly 'Fêtes' and other events are organised in the open air theatre.
The beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean Sea, at about 9 km, are easily accessible by bike, car or (1€) bus. Besides sun, beach and water sports, the coastal towns offer a lot of entertainment and nightlife for all ages.
From the village, beautiful walking routes have been plotted, including to the top of the Pic Neolous. The view from the top reaches from the plain of the Rousillon in the north to the bay of Rosas in the south.
In the vicinity of Laroque are numerous medieval places with narrow streets, squares, old churches, monasteries and castles.
In Ceret (20 km), there is a famous museum of modern art.
The picturesque Collioure, beautifully located on the Côte Vermeille, has an impressive castle and numerous galleries, shops, restaurants and terraces.
Perpignan, the nearest large city, has many shops and several sights, including the Palace of the Kings of Majorca and several museums.
Just over the Spanish border, about 30 minutes away by car, you will find Salvador Dali's museum in Figueres.
A day in Girona (80 km) or Barcelona (175 km) is also possible.

Wat een fijn vakantiehuis, op loopafstand van een gezellig dorp met winkels en veel leuke restaurantjes. Alles wat je maar nodig hebt om een fijne vakantie te vieren is aanwezig in het huis. Fijne bedden, gezellige inrichting. Goede uitvalsbasis voor mooie uitstapjes in de omgeving. In het dorp beginnen wandelroutes van verschillende lengtes.

Na 2 reisdagen kwamen wij aan in een huis dat onze verwachtingen meer dan waar maakte!
Een super compleet, schoon en luxe huis. Het Zwembad was groot en heerlijk verkoelend.
Ook in de omgeving is er veel te doen, veel mooie stadjes, stranden en markten.
Tripje naar Barcelona (fietsen met BAJA bikes een aanrader) is prima te doen. Ook het dorp zelf heeft een uitstekende bakker, en je kunt er bij meerdere restaurantjes zalig en niet te duur eten.
Canyoning is ook een aanrader, super om met je kinderen te doen.Al met al voor herhaling vatbaar.

Heerlijk huis, met een topzwembad. Het is leuk om lopend naar het dorpje te gaan, waar je naar de bakker etc kunt gaan. Aanrader!
