This catalan farmhouse with its stone walls is a historic water mill from 18th century. Located in a quiet area, it offers a superb view on the Pyrenees mountains.
It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a mezzanine, an office, a kitchen, a large living room and a dining room with an access to a shaded terrace. Capacity of 15 persons / 12 adults max (3 double beds, a sofa bed, 7 single beds).
Large fenced swimming pool of 12m x 6m on a land of 1 acre.
The cottage is fully equipped with air conditioning in the living room, WI-FI, TV (under Android TV), washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, iron, hair dryer + many books and games for children.
In the garden, you will find a barbecue, a football goal, swings, deckchairs.
