The house
The property consists of 1 large Gite with 2 double and 2 twin rooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 open plan living/kitchens. Modern with traditional charm the gite is equipped with gas cooker and induction hob, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and iron. All utensils and cutlery.
In the main house 2 double rooms (The Emily room & The Noah room) plus a cosy living room. Charming beamed rooms. Very comfortable beds with 100% cotton sheets. En-suite bathrooms.
An independent double bed studio with kitchenette (La Vivienne) with en-suite bathroom.
Linen and towels provided except pool towels.

There are 2 bars in Caylus and one serves a fantastic lunch everyday. 2 restaurants and a Dutch run campsite and all serve good food. In St Antonin noble val there are several restaurant serving traditional or high end food and you are lost for choice.
Activities
The area is not short of outdoor activities, including canoeing, river swimming, picnic spots, walking, fishing and horse riding.
The region is rich in history and there are many museums, galleries and historical sites to visit. Pérard is within easy reach of the medieval towns of Cordes sur Ciel, St Cirq Lapopie, Bruniquel, Najac, St Antonin Noble Val and Albi to name a few. Farmer's markets run everyday at various surrounding towns and are a perfect opportunity to soak up the local lifestyle.
There are great towns for shopping like Montauban and Cahors. Or if antiques are more your thing there are many brocante's within the local area.

Further remarks
I offer a meal on arrival should you not wish to cook on your first night. Usually this is a simple 2 course meal like lasagne and salad with a dessert to follow. I deliver the cooked dish to your rental at an agreed time.
