The house
The gite (house) is a completely new decorated authentic holiday home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with living-dining area, private terrace with garden furniture and two separate entrances. The gite has a child-friendly staircase with a lower gradient and larger steps. All bathrooms have a natural stone Italian walk-in shower with secure thermostatic faucet, toilet, washbasin and towel dryer.

Een heerlijke week doorgebracht op deze prachtige locatie. We werden hartelijk ontvangen en voelden ons erg welkom. Onze gite was superschoon en modern met authentieke elementen. De omgeving kent vele stadjes en steden die een bezoek waard zijn. Echt een aanrader!

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf bij Isolde en Frainkie. Zeer gastvrij. Prachtige plek, mooie omgeving en aardige gasten. De gite is helemaal compleet en bovendien erg schoon.
Top plek. Wij gaan zeker terug komen.
Restaurants, food & wine
We are half an hour from the vineyards around Cahors where 150 wineries have established themselves.
If you wish, we can organise a wine tasting for you.
4x/week we propose a culinary table d'hotes. Everything is prepared with fresh local products and specialties. We serve the local Malbec wines that we know from the region around Cahors. For the little ones, we serve a separate menu.
Our region, called the Tuscany of France, can be perfectly compared to the Provence with the only difference: still unknown and not only lavender fields but also sunflowers.
Cyclists, hikers, bikers, horse riders, sports enthusiasts and culinary fanatics will certainly find what they are looking for.

We are happy to accompany cyclists, there are several bicycle routes available,
In the village and its surroundings, several walks are signposted.
If you want to take a skydiving course, you have come to the right place. At 5 km from our domain there is a small parachute club.
Also motorcyclists have come to the right place, beautiful routes to Saint Cirq Lapopie, Rocamdadour, Gouffre de Padirac and others are worthwhile.
Our region is not called the 'Tuscany of France' for nothing.

Further remarks
Moreover, we have a number of nice restaurants in our neighbourhood, a number of 'plus beaux villages de France', are well worth a visit.
Not to mention the culinary assets of our region, foie gras, confit de canard, melons, honey and Cahors wines. You can buy and taste these everywhere. Recently, several lavandelle fields have been planted again.
Also the local flea markets, food markets and the swimming lake in our neighbourhood are worth a visit.
