The house
Looking for a unique, luxury French chateau experience, book one of our Chateau Gites. The chateau dates back to the year 1754. It was built for the nobility of Toulouse as an outhouse for hunting. The hunting dog kennels and horse stables still stand as reminders of these times. During your stay we would like to show you more of these old details.
On the first floor of the Chateau you will find this beautiful spacious room with luxurious large bathroom. Here also the lounge and the library. The kitchen is located in the pool bar. In the Chateau we rent out three of these units. In the old farm next to the Chateau are 2 more holiday homes. Maximum number of guests 18.
The Chateau is situated in a 24 ha park with beautiful old trees, among which the "pin parasols" can be seen from far away. A private pond and lake, the miles of hiking trails, tennis court, beautiful pool, make you actually during your stay do not have to go anywhere. But with 2 beautiful cities Montauban at 31 km and Toulouse at 46 km with their beautiful history and cozy terraces, these will certainly be visited. Not to mention the many historic villages where in the summer plenty of fêtes gourmandes (local food festivals) and vides grenier (flea, bric-a-brac markets) are held.
Because of the central location of the estate (30 minutes from the motorway and 40 minutes from the Blagnac airport of Toulouse) you get to see a beautiful piece of southern France that is reminiscent of Tuscany in terms of nature.

At an altitude of 210 metres, our estate overlooks the valley of the medieval market village of Beaumont de Lomagne ( 6 km ) in the Tarn and Garonne, on the border with the Gers. The airport of Toulouse is at 45 km. KLM and Easyjet fly directly and we are therefore very well served by the airport. The A20 motorway is half an hour's drive away. This is near the city of Montauban, a beautiful city that is worth a visit.

We sliepen in het chateau. Erg mooi verblijf. Fijne gastheer en -vrouw. Ook voor onze baby was er een kinderstoel, aankleedkussen en ledikant. We hebben een leuke vakantie gehad!

Wat een prachtige lokatie, net zo mooi als op de foto. We zijn hier heerlijk gastvrije, hartelijke en ongedwongen ontvangen. We hebben lekker geslapen in de grote bedden op de ruime kamer. De buitenkeuken is ideaal om toch af en toe zelf te koken en om je eigen ontbijt klaar te maken. Erg mooi gebied, zeker ook met de wielrenner. We komen zeker een keer terug!

Wij hebben genoten op het Chateau: verzorgd en schoon en op en top gastheer en -vrouw maakten ons verblijf tot een eindeloze tijd. We sliepen in kamer Fleuri met onze zoon van 9. De kamer was zeer ruim met eigen ruime badkamer. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en we hadden alle vrijheid om verder zelf wat te bereiden en zelfs toegang tot een koelkastje waar we wat spulletjes konden bewaren. Het terrein is heel groot en er is van alles te doen. Buiten het terrein van het Cahteau heb je wel een auto nodig wil je ergens te komen. We gaan in 2020 terug!

On the weekly markets you will find all the local products. Like melons, grapes, tomatoes, garlic, nuts and French cheese.
We are happy to help you with advice on restaurants in the area.
Activities
You can walk endlessly on the estate and outside. There are 2 lakes with fish. We have a tennis court, table tennis table, dartboard and a lovely swimming pool. The park lends itself to all ball sports. There is even a practice golf hole. The area is beautiful for cycling, quite hilly, so good leg muscles or electric help is necessary.
