On the edge of a picturesque village, this stunning former barn retains lots of original features yet provides modern accommodation and furniture. There is one double and one twin bedroom on the ground floor with a shared bathroom, on the first floor there is an additional twin and double bedroom, both with en-suite shower-rooms. The spacious sitting room has lovely views across to the medieval village of Castelnau de Montmiral. The large, modern dining kitchen provides a cool environment in which to cook and chill if you choose to take a break from the sunshine.

Outside, directly opposite the kitchen is an open terrace with a large dining table and chairs where you can wile away the hours, catching a glimpse of the Pyrenees. There are other terraces dotted around the property with magnificent views of the peaceful surrounding countryside and a covered cool area where there is a table-tennis table and WII.

Situated to the back of the property we have a fully enclosed 10 x 5 swimming pool with beautiful views over the rolling, tranquil fields. There is also a small set of swings and a little chute for the younger children. The large garden has fig, cherry, plum, walnut and almond trees so depending on the time of year you choose to come, you can pick your very own fresh fruit and nuts..
