The house
Quietly located yet close to the pretty village of Figanières, this provencal villa with complete privacy on 2,500m2 of private grounds with large luxury pool, You will enjoy the beautiful enclosed garden with palm trees and many flowering plants.
There is a charging point for electric cars and plenty of parking. .The entrance gate has a remote control.
The double terrace doors, shutters and walls in pastel shades emphasise the Provençal character of this charming, comfortable villa.
Sitting on the spacious covered terrace, you overlook the swimming pool with nice sun terrace and comfortable sunbeds. there are also a petanque court, football and table tennis table. A nice outdoor kitchen with BBQ/plancha completes the outdoor living.
The villa is equipped with every luxury and comfort. The cosy dining room is central to the living room and kitchen.
The living room has a spacious seating area with TV, the Provencal kitchen is spacious and equipped with all appliances.
Furthermore, 5 bedrooms with single and double beds and 4 bathrooms. The rooms on the sunny side have air conditioning.
Wifi access in the villa and at the swimming pool.

Le Beau Rêve is 35 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea, the nearest coastal towns are Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez. Cannes is 45 minutes away and Monaco 1½ hours.
Figanières is a beautiful Provencal village, with charming shops and terraces. The Provencal market on Tuesdays and Sundays is really worth a visit, you will find besides clothes also many delicious regional products.
At short distance you will find the beautiful places, Flayosc, TourTour (with a panoramic view over the Mediterranean Sea), the waterfalls of Sillans la Cascade (20 km) and the world famous Lac de Sainte Croix, with its turquoise water and beautiful, wild nature.
At 5 minutes from Le Beau Rêve you will find several supermarkets and a bakery with crusty baguettes and delicious croissants.

Wat een prachtige vakantie. Ten eerste een woordje over "Le Beau Rêve". Deze villa heeft zijn naam niet gestolen, het is een echt mooi droomhuis. Een prachtige villa die met veel smaak is ingericht en ook voldoende ruimte biedt voor een grote familie. Het zwembad is prachtig en zéér netjes onderhouden.
Ten tweede, wat een geweldige service van Bram!!! Steeds tot je dienst en een reactietijd die meer dan top is. Ook de persoon die het zwembad verzorgt, hij doet dit geweldig en in volle discretie. Een complimentje aan de schoonmaakploeg, zeer efficiënt en alles was zeer netjes.
En dan nog de omgeving... Figanières is prachtig en authentiek. La vrai Provence !!! Voor de personen die graag lekker eten, genoeg leuke dorpjes in de omgeving met lekkere restaurantjes.
Resultaat, we hebben voor volgend jaar al twee weken gereserveerd en verheugen ons om terug in "Le Beau Rêve" met vakantie te gaan.Comment from Bram Bakker

Kortweg fantastisch! Heerlijke 2 weken gehad! Ook echt perfect dat er nog een separate kamer is. In ons geval was dit de perfecte kamer voor “opa en oma”! Super service van Bram! Ondanks het matige weer de eerste week een heerlijke foto gehad! Snel weer!

Uitstekende vakantie gehad in een erg fraai en bijzonder goed uitgerust ruim huis. We hebben genoten van het mooie uitzicht op de omliggende wijngaarden en de mooie tuin. Ook de dorpjes in de onmiddellijke omgeving waren zeker de moeite waard om te bezoeken met als uitschieter Tourtour, het dorpje in de hemel. De afstand naar een of andere badplaats was zeker haalbaar voor een daguitstap. Als pluspunt willen we nog vermelden dat er ter plaatse bad- en beddengoed beschikbaar is tegen vergoeding. En ‘s avonds zorgt de openhaard in het voorseizoen voor extra gezelligheid! Zeker een aanrader!

Restaurants, food & wine
You can eat well in the area at very reasonable prices. In and around Figanières there are more than 20 restaurants. So there is something for everyone and every restaurant has a children's menu.
Tips for a good and affordable restaurant visit:
- Follow the French, where they dine it is good and reasonably priced.
- Choose the daily special (often around 10 euros) or
- the 3-course menu (+/- 17 euro)
- Take a carafe of house wine (pichet), always good and often a quarter of the price per bottle.
Provence is famous for its beautiful (rosé) wines, visit a wine chateau!
Activities
Nearby you can go canoeing on the river, horseback riding (tours through the beautiful nature), all water sports on the sea and on the lac de Sainte Croix.
There are several playgrounds for children. Throughout the summer (April-October) there are various circuses and festivals in the immediate vicinity. In Fréjus (30 km) you will find an Aqualand, a play paradise with water slides, wild water slides etc.
