The house
When you drive up to the property, you cannot guess that it is such a spacious villa with several terraces, large bedrooms and a beautiful private infinity pool.
As soon as you enter this attractive house, you will be overwhelmed by the fantastic views.
The villa has underfloor heating and cooling, wifi and is 5 minutes' walk to the village centre.
There are several parking spaces in front of the house, three floors, a spacious outdoor staircase descending to the spacious terrace with parasols and sunbeds around the beautiful heated (from 15 March to 4 November) pool of 7x5m with a "walk-in beach".
Upstairs is the entrance with separate cloakroom, a large open kitchen with dining area, sliding doors to the terrace, a reading table, sitting area with TV and a home cinema system.
The sliding doors give access to the terrace with breathtaking views over Montauroux, Callian and the surrounding hills and mountains.
There is a separate guest toilet and a utility room with washing machine and dryer.
One floor down are 3 spacious bedrooms :
- Master bedroom with spacious bathroom; bath, shower, double washbasin, separate toilet. Large bed and sliding doors to covered terrace.
- Second bedroom with desk, double bed and wardrobe with again sliding doors to the terrace with dining area.
- Third bedroom with washbasin, double bed and wardrobe, sliding doors to small side terrace.
In the corridor is a separate toilet and a bathroom with walk-in shower and double washbasin.

From the private parking you can walk straight into the medieval village of Montauroux. On Tuesday morning there is a small market on the square. Here you will also find the baker, the small casino shop, bank machine, butcher and the tourist office.
There are regular jeu de boules matches held on the square, you can also play a game with friends or children. Along the square are two terraces to drink a coffee or enjoy a glass of pastis.
Several times a year there are music performances.
It is nice to walk through the old village through the narrow streets to the chapel.
Montauroux is a lively village that welcomes tourists but also organises many cultural activities for its "own" inhabitants.

Close to the lake "Lac de Saint Cassien" and 10 minutes drive to the biggest golf course in Europe: "Le domaine de Terre Blanche".
Nice airport 45 min away, Saint Raphaël/Fréjus 30 min, Cannes/Mandelieu la Napoule, 25 min.
Centrally located: Many activities in the immediate vicinity.

Further remarks
From your terrace you can see the fairytale village of Callian. Small square in front of the church where you can enjoy a plat-du-jour under the trees.
Near Tourrettes is the extensive golf course La Terre Blanche, one of the largest golf courses in Europe (8km).
Other golf courses in the area are in Mandelieu, Roquebrune-sur-argens, Valescure, La Motte.
From Montauroux you can drive to St Cézaire via a narrow, winding, but beautiful route. If you continue you can drive into the hinterland, back via Mons or go to Grasse, the perfume city. Cabris and Peymenade are also worth a visit.
In the hinterland, you can make beautiful walks. You will come in a totally different but certainly not less beautiful landscape: small villages, beautiful nature and wonderful views.
In the winter there are skiing possibilities at about an hour's drive.
It is fun from Port Fréjus along the sea to St Raphael to walk. Along the boulevard there is an extensive market every Sunday morning.
