La petite Bastide

Near the village of Seillans, one of the 100 most beautiful villages in France, is 'La Petite Bastide'. The house is built 'en pierres', which means that the thick walls are made of large boulders, which keeps the house cool in the hot summer months. The house is situated at the top of a sloping hill. From the terraces there is a beautiful view of the surroundings. Behind the house is the swimming pool (11 x 4,5 m.). Around the swimming pool there is a spacious terrace with sun beds and parasols and behind the swimming pool there is also a jeu-de-boules court for the enthusiasts.
La Petite Bastide has a cosy dining kitchen with an antique wooden table. Fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. The kitchen gives access to the garden and the path to the swimming pool. In this part of the house there are 2 bedrooms, both for 2 persons plus a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. In one of the rooms there is space for a cot.

The kitchen is directly connected to the spacious living room that is furnished with antique and modern furniture. And of course a sturdy fireplace. There is satellite TV with Dutch channels and a stereo with bluetooth. For lovers there is a well-stocked bookcase and stacks of nostalgic CDs. The living room gives access through sliding doors to a large sunny terrace with views of the rolling countryside and mountains in the distance. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and an electrically operated awning.
Adjacent to the living room is a spacious double bedroom with private shower and toilet. There is also a washing machine. From this room there is also access to the side terrace of the house where the entrance is also located.
