The house
Our beautiful spacious and fully detached 6 persons villa on 1400 m2 with 140 m2 living space and private pool 4x8 m is located in the middle of the Luberon nature reserve.
Living room with fireplace. Opening doors to covered south-facing terrace overlooking the garden and pool.
Open kitchen with all modern appliances. Spacious dining room between living room and kitchen. 3 bathrooms. 1 salle de bain parents with shower, bath and toilet.
1 bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 small bathroom with toilet and washing machine. Master bedroom with sliding doors to small terrace. 4 bedrooms, 2 with double bed and 2 with 1 single bed each (90x190)
You need to bring your own bed linen (duvets and pillows are provided).
The size of the beds are as follows:
2 beds of 160x200 , 2 beds of 90x190.
The pool is fenced with a lockable fence, so that small children cannot have unsupervised access. You remain responsible, of course.
The entire property is also fenced with an automatic working gate.

Our villa is located on a plot of about 1400 m2. The grounds are fully fenced with an automatic gate.
Adjacent to our property you have neighbours. From the house and the terrace you have a distant view of the mountains on the other side of the river Durance.
From our house you can walk straight into the Luberon nature reserve for beautiful walks.

Our immediate neighbours are winegrowers.
A well-known wine brand in this region is Château La Verrerie.
But also the simple living hardworking wine farmer at Fontvieille (old farm of >200 years old) have become our friends.

Right next to the Petit Luberon Natural Park. From the villa you can take long walks to the top of the mountains with beautiful views.
For sporty people, we also have a table tennis table available.

Further remarks
The key transfer is arranged on site.
You will receive a detailed description of the route to the gate and how to open it and where to find the keys (including remote control of the gate) (key safe)
The house must be left broom clean, dustbins emptied.
Rubbish bags, empty bottles, etc. should be taken to the depot (1000 m away) and definitely not left behind.
The house is cleaned by a third party, the obligatory cost of which is 100 € and is included in the total rental price.
The house is cleaned on arrival and departure day Saturday between 10:00 and 16:00. You must respect the arrival and departure times to allow the cleaners to clean the house.
You should bring your own towels and bed linen. The dimensions of the beds are 2 beds 160x200 and 2 beds 90x190
In the villa there is a guest book and detailed description of all equipment. If there are any questions, you can always call us.
We have a French-speaking caretaker who will contact you and who can solve any technical problems.
The pool is cleaned regularly (Friday) by an external company, so you do not have to stay at home.

Our villa is equipped with air conditioning, which consumes a lot of energy when used excessively.
The total energy consumption of the house up to 350Kwh per week is included, above that we charge 0,25 € per Kwh with the deposit. We can monitor energy consumption remotely.
