You reach this special castle via a stately drive with sturdy plane trees on either side. Immediately the beautifully landscaped park with its beautiful swimming pool and fountains catches your eye. The castle is located in Montbrun-les-Bains, named as one of France's most beautiful villages. Right next to the castle are the thermal baths which have been known for their beneficial effects on rheumatic and respiratory diseases since Roman times. You can also come here for wellness treatments.
With its classical, Provencal interior 'des Gipières' is one of the most beautiful residences in the area. The château has an elevator.
The studio is situated on the second floor on the frontside. The studio has recently been renovated and is decorated in a romantic style. From here you have the most breathtaking view of the park, swimming pool, the village and Mont Ventoux.
The studio is 32 m2 large and has a living room with sitting area, double bed, dining table, TV and air conditioning. There is a separate kitchen and a bathroom with a massage bath tub, hair dryer and toilet.

Château des Gipières was built in 1865 by Marquis Suerez d'Aulan, the equerry of Napoleon III, on the remains of a Roman castle. This castle is located in Montbrun-les-Bains, named as one of France's most beautiful villages. Right next to the castle are the thermal baths which have been known for their beneficial effects on rheumatic and respiratory diseases since Roman times. You can also come here for wellness treatments. The authentic village centre has several pleasant restaurants and specialty shops and is within walking distance.

At some distance from the Château are cities such as Nyons, Valréas, Carpentras, Cavaillon, Apt, Manosque and Sisteron. Slightly further afield are the cities of Orange, Montélimar, Avignon, Nimes, Aix en Provence and Marseille, rich in history, architecture and sights. There is also a wide choice of sporting activities in the immediate vicinity, such as walking, cycling, horse riding, kayaking, mountain climbing.

Wat een magisch plekje is dit. Wij waren op zoek naar een plek met rust (ik) en activiteit (manlief) en dat hebben we gevonden. In het heerlijke, super verzorgde Studio l’adoration appartement, maar ook daarbuiten. Op een steenworp afstand van het idyllische dorpje Mont Brun en vlakbij de Mont Ventoux.
De omgeving is prachtig met lavendelvelden en geheime dorpjes, beekjes en wandelroutes. De marktjes een genot, authentiek en betaalbaar. Je hoeft het kasteelterrein niet af om een heerlijke vakantie te hebben, maar een kleine klim omhoog in het dorp levert je een drankje (of ijsje) op met Franse live muziek....ik zeg doen! Grtz! Het verblijf in de studio l’ Adoration in Chateau des Gipieres was voor mij een heerlijke week op een geweldige locatie. Isabel, de charmante gastvrouw heeft me een beetje wegwijs gemaakt. De studio is sfeervol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Iedere morgen als ik opstond en de gordijnen opentrok, was het alsof ik naar een mooi schilderij keek. Wat een uitzicht! Ik heb genoten van de prachtige omgeving met leuke dorpjes, kortom Franse sfeer op en top. Zelfs in het vroege voorjaar heb ik hier al heerlijk van de zon mogen genieten! Een echte aanrader dus.”
