Renovated Stone Gite retaining many attractive original features. Two double bedrooms one offering a double bed with Juliette Balcony and one with Twin beds. Good mattresses, bed linen and overhead lighting, Downstairs there is a Lounge and dining area with two comfortable sofas and dining table for 4 persons, TV & DVD player, WIFI, & Radio. Again good lighting and a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with Washing Machine, Dishwasher and 4 Hob gas cooker. A Fridge/Freezer plus additional freezer. There is also a kettle, Microwave, Air Fryer, Toaster, Cooking Utensils, Cutlery and crockery and glasses etc.everything needed to enable one to prepare meals indoors and a BBQ with Patio table to enjoy meals outside. Private garden space with loungers and a picnic table and lighting. Downstairs there is a Shower room with toilet, wash basin and urinal. Towels provided.
The best part of any holiday is the beautiful salt water Pool 10mx5m which is situated at an elevated level with a small kitchen space, large terrace and loungers, picnic table and the most spectacular views of the valley. Gite guests have 5 hours private use of the pool each day.

On the D662 with light traffic, buses and occasional tractors etc. Lots of cyclists. Great walking paths leading to several Cazals and picnic areas. Larroque Toirac has a 12th century Castle (open in the summer) and St Pierre Toirac has a 11th Century fortified church. Both have organised events during the summer months. Swimming and fishing in the Lot in designated areas.
Water skiing and boating in Cajarc on the Lot river and canoeing on the nearby Cele river. Caves of Peche Merle, Padirac and Foissac all offering something different,

Culinair en wijn
A restaurant/pizzeria in the next village 1 km away where is also a Shop selling food/bread and wine. Weekly Wednesday night markets are held in the next village too during the summer months with music. There is also a small gift/boutique shop just off the square.
Several restaurants in the towns of Figeac & Cajarc and supermarkets too with Summer Fetes and Brocantes being held in surrounding villages from May to October.
Wat is er te doen
Painting or drawing course can be organised. Price and times on application. There are two basic bicycles for free use to ride locally to collect bread shopping from the local shop 1 km away or down to the river. There is also a table tennis table and Boules.

THE LOT VALLEY IS WELL KNOWN TO THE FRENCH WITH MANY PARISIANS HAVING HOLIDAY HOUSES DOWN HERE. THE AREA IS BEAUTIFUL WITH LOTS TO OFFER, BOTH TO FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN AND COUPLES TOO. WE LOVE IT HERE.
