Villa Lézard is a tastefully furnished holiday home for 8 people with a private swimming pool. On the ground floor you will find the living room with doors opening onto the terrace. The living room has a sitting and a dining area with a large dining table. In the living room there is a TV, stereo, good wifi internet via Starlink, air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Adjacent to the living room is a spacious open-plan kitchen, just new. The kitchen is very well equipped, including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso (xxl) and filter coffee machine.
The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed, air conditioning and patio doors overlooking the pool and an en suite bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and bathtub. Next to this bedroom is a twin bedroom. On the first floor there are 2 more spacious bedrooms, both with 2 single beds, one of which has French doors opening onto a covered balcony (pool view). These bedrooms share a bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin and a separate toilet. Washing machine and dryer available.

The holiday home is set in grounds of 2500m2 overlooking a small hameau (small village). The area around the terrace has an electric fence. The garden has been carefully laid out and you can sit quietly by the pool. The terrace has a large electric awning with LED lighting. The pool is heated and measures 9x4m. The pool is equipped with an alarm system and there are plenty of sun loungers and parasols around the pool. Ambient lighting also provides a lovely ambiance. A gas barbecue (grill) is available.
