The house
La Petite Maison is a holiday home which consists of one large room (50m2) with a separate bathroom. The double bed (1.60m) is separated from the living space with a curtain. The gite has a large kitchen unit with two fridges, an oven and stove. There is also a wood burner. The terrace/loggia (14.5m2) looks out on to the large garden and the heated pool. The terrace has a dining table and lounge sofa. The second terrace (17m2) has two lovely easy chairs.
There is a spectacular view over the Val de Ligne.

Our former Magnanerie (silk caterpillar farm) is located in La Davalade: municipality Chasers, near Largentiere and 20 kms from Aubenas.
From the "Route Soleil" take the exit Privas and then it is only an hour's drive to our B&B and Gites:"Art en Route".

The area has several vineyards and wineries which can be visited and tours are organised on several VIgnobles. The wine producers are very proud of their products and would love to tell you more about their wines. Wines from the Ardèche are full of flavour and very tasty!

The Ardèche is a wonderful natural area which has beautiful marked walking trails and cycling routes. Nature here is overwhelming and the vistas are breathtaking.
With the walking maps and cycling routes we can supply you with you can enjoy yourself for days in the mountains and forests of the Ardèche.

Wat een geweldige mensen, zo gastvrij! De Gite was boven verwachting en de omgeving prachtig! Één week was veel te kort voor deze belevenis.
We hebben meteen weer geboekt voor 2018.Serlane Dumoulin from Dilbeek,
Dit was een geweldig rustgevend weekje, mede mogelijk gemaakt door Marie-Louise en Hans, die er echt voor zorgen dat je je goed voelt bij hun. Wij logeerden in de gîte 2 : "La Petite Maison" en dit was een hele mooie studio. Keuken, eettafel, kamer en badkamer waren uitstekend ingericht + 2 prachtige terrassen met zicht op het zwembad en de mooie natuur in de Ardèche. De weg naar Art en Route was in het begin wat moeilijk omdat het redelijk smal is, maar na een paar dagen ben je dit al gewoon. Dank jullie wel Marie-Louise en Hans ook voor het lekkere etentje samen met de nodige sfeer en gezelligheid!
